Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce is made from soy and wheat selected according to the traditional method. Light Soy Sauce has a milder taste, less intense color, less salt and is thinner compared to traditional soy sauce. Taken in the initial fermentation phase, the result is a mild sauce with a rich soy aroma, with a shallow golden/red color.
