These attractive golden breadcrumbs come from the Poriazis bakery on the island of Limnos and are made from wheat and barley grown on the bakery’s own farms on the island. The grains are ground in a traditional mill and baked with a sourdough starter into a crispbread that is turned into these fine sandy breadcrumbs that work beautifully to cover fish, meat and vegetables. Can also be used for sweets.
